How I Started:
well...i ever wanted a nice body since i was a kid...i was involved in many sports and activities , i workout for like 1 year since 2 years ago
Why I Love It:
its a discipline you have to love it if you wanna stay in it , upgrades are awesome when you see that your body is starting to change and looking better your motivation grow up well...that's my case i don't know what are your reasons to do it but im sure they are good =)
How I Stay Motivated:
hm...is pretty hard for me to stayed motivated...i want the six pack like the guys of 300! ok now..seriously...i just prove to myself i can get the body that i ever wanted
BB Accomplishments:
i had 220 pounds 8 months ago... and now im at 181 looking good...well better than before...i didn't put the pics from 8 months ago because they are a shame for me :( i prefer to not load them
