i weighed 125 lbs in high school. my head was too big for my body. so i started working out !
Why I Love It:
with dedication and hard work you see results in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I Watch Pumping Iron.
Seeing other healthy people busting their ass in the gym.

I started working out my legs ! proximately 3 weeks ago starting beginning of October and I've noticed I gained a few pounds. I don't know if its in my legs or all over my body. it doesnt matter though. cause i'm not getting fatter. so It has to be some muscle some where

well, i try to cut out fats, eat a lot of fiber, not drink regular sodas -- diet/light only.
i don't eat anything too loaded with calories at night -- my dinners are very balanced; sandwich,
salad, etc. and of course, a lot of supplements.
