How I Started:
I have been working out regularly for the last 7 years. I started lifting about 6 years ago, and I have been an ok runner. I have done 3 marathons (Bataan Death March, LA marathon) and several 5Ks and 10Ks. Before I deployed to Iraq I gained a few pounds though :( But now that I have lost them I am searching for the perfect body. I am deploying again, and the lack of time to workout has definitely gotten to me...again. So this time I will have a whole year to look EXACTLY like I want...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel complete, strong, unstoppable and sexy too.
How I Stay Motivated:
With music, watching my body transform, getting pictures taken and watching other female transformations. I keep going because I want to look my best just in case I run into an ex. I better look kick ass.
BB Accomplishments:
-I did loose 15 lbs in 4 months and I had no belly
-I completed the LA marathon in 4:20
-I attained a 99% in my AF PT test

- I want to tone my entire body, get more definition and see my abs for once
- I want run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes
- I want to do 50 pushups in a minute
- I want to do 10 pull ups in a row
- Get killer legs and lift my butt
- Be overall healthy and happy

doing good here this summer. arms are explording in size and strength, almost at the 17 inch arm mark. Legs growing nicley also and chest getting cut and big. Loving my summer gym results. I hope your still able to hit the gym as oftena s you can. take care.
awesome, when do you get leave. is that your boyfriend. he's a hottie. does he have a brother? lol. j/k...things are good. I go to miami for a week on the 13th. i've never really been on a vacation so it's going to be nice :) my cousin lives there so i'll be with her. looking foward to it :)
