How I Started:
I have been working out regularly for the last 7 years. I started lifting about 5 years ago, and I have been an ok runner. I have done 2 marathons (Bataan Death March) and several 5Ks and 10Ks. Before I deployed to Iraq I gained a few pounds though :( But now that I have lost them I am searching for the perfect body
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel complete, strong, unstoppable and sexy too.
How I Stay Motivated:
With music, watching my body transform, getting pictures taken and watching other female transformations. I keep going because I want to look my best just in case I run into an ex. I better look kick ass.
BB Accomplishments:
-I have lost 15 lbs in 4 months and I have no belly
-I completed the LA marathon in 4:20
-I attained a 99% in my AF PT test

I think I was about 138, right before deploying to Iraq
I started my revamped diet as soon as I got back to the states. Zero alcohol, increased aerobic activity, yoga and rest. High reps lower weight for lifting.

Goal (Long):
- I want to tone my entire body, get more definition
- I want to cut my marathon personal best time to under 4 hours
- Loose body fat to let my muscles show
- Get killer legs and lift my butt
- Be overall healthy and happy
Ok, so I have been busting my ass, getting up at 0545 to run for about 45 minutes almost everyday, eating quite clean and hitting the weights in the PM. I just started doing yoga this week, and I am sleeping well. But I don't see a major change in my body! Its very frustrating! The only...

1 Month of heavy lifting with 5-8 reps (6 days a week)
1 Month of easy weights, reps until failure (up to 12 reps) (6 days a week)
1 easy runs (45 minutes)
2 hard run (30 minutes)
2 sprint runs (30 minutes)
1 Long Run
Yoga twice a wee
20 minute easy cardio after...
