Professional Football player so been sports specific training for football for years. Recently I desided to put my career on hiatus. I started working for muscletech and over this past year I've switched from the sports specific training to hardcore bodybuilding, now I'm hooked it was a very natural transition.
Why I Love It:
I love training, love the intensity, pushing yourself to and past your limits. Seeing the results of your efforts by getting bigger, stronger and more muscular
How I Stay Motivated:
The thrill of competition, striving to be the greatest, never being satisfied, always wanting more, Visualizing what I want to look like and what I want to achieve, train with emotion and purpose to obtain my vision. Also watching Pumping Iron and the Comeback gets me jacked up to train and bust my butt in the gym lol
1) comeback from a complete ruptured left chest tendon from mid Feb 2008. Compete and win a fall 2008 show!
really bring in my waste, be better conditioned for my next shows. Add much needed size to my legs and definition, weak point for me right now
Weight Goal:

A workout is 25 percent perspiration and 75 percent determination. Stated another way, it is one part physical exertion and three parts self discipline. Doing it is easy once you get started.
A workout make you better today than you were yesterday. It strengthens the body, relaxes the mind,...
What would you recommend doing to avoid that kind of injury? I have seen that on the rec. yard at the prison but it was because someone fell against the bar on the guy and he over pressed.
Your pictures are great. Congratulations on your succes so far and good luck with your upcoming contests.

Hi Rob,
This is John. I competed along side of you in the heavyweight division in Brantford. I'm sorry to read that you tore your pec. Personally, I'm miserable when I'm forced to take time off from training due to an injury (I love being in the gym and I assume that you feel the same).
You are in awesome physical shape, and this will help you heal much faster than expected! Hang in there, stay positive Bro. You'll be back to training at 100% intensity in no time!!
