How I Started:
I always been the type to play basketball and football but never been into bodybuilding. Now as I get older I know I need to workout more to make sure I stay young looking
Why I Love It:
Cause it relieves stress and helps you look better. working out also helps with confidence.

Listening to music and I know how I want to look when I take my shirt off.

Yay! Good for you! I'm doing well. Looking forward to the start of school so that I can get back on schedule with my workouts again. Janthony had me on a 3 day schedule for the summer since my gym time was limited (supersets). I'm ready to start up 6 days again. Has he worked up another workout schedule for you?

Mine have been pretty good. I had to miss out on weekend workouts because of my kids' baseball schedule, but there was plenty to do during the week to keep me up to speed! Now I'm on high rep/low weight routine for June and so far so good. I'll tell you, whatever he gives you will pay off big time. Because now that my workouts have eased up, I realize how strong I've gotten from the past several months working with him.
