I ain't gonna lie. My water intake sucks. Especially on a daily basis. My energy drink comsumption is down to 1 red bull or monster drink a day. But I know I can be drinking more water. I just can't stomach drinking plain water all day. I need some flavor ! Use to buy those waters flavored with lemon to get around that. But i can't find those anymore. Propel is too damn expensive ! For any peeps reading, what do you do to add flavor to your water ? Or do you just chug-a-lug ?!
