peep game. i just trained so hard i threw... i love it. I ran a mile and did stadium stairs. but i still feel like i burning fat. like do my calories matter from my cardio.i'm sweaty and my heart rate up so how much do my calories matter? plus i'm still lifting today was arms

My shoulder is messed up so I haven't trained in over a week! :( Going to chiro again today or tomorrow. I think I'll be able to at least get back to working legs this week since the issue now seems to be localized to my shoulder instead of radiating through my back and chest. PITA, though. Wasn't ready for a break like this!
