My shoulder is messed up so I haven't trained in over a week! :( Going to chiro again today or tomorrow. I think I'll be able to at least get back to working legs this week since the issue now seems to be localized to my shoulder instead of radiating through my back and chest. PITA, though. Wasn't ready for a break like this!
LOL! Yeah well its good on this side of the world. I injured myself at the gym so I've been in therapy for about 3wks recovering. My fault of course, never warmed up.
Thx Rob! I guess this version is like T-4! I've had 2 post-op braces, and 2 ustom sports braces. In the words of the oriigal Terminator, "I'll be Back!" *smile*
