How I Started:
I got started when I found out how much I loved to lift....I do not lift for bulk. I lift to get toned and stronger, but then again I m lookign to get alittle more toned.
Why I Love It:
I love to look sexy and toned that what really got me started was the look of muscles and the nice lines that I get from my hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is people/friends....and also not looking like wat I used to look like in the past.
BB Accomplishments:
Ummmm.....I haven't gotten there yet, but Im hoping it will be abs!

Goal (Long):
I want to loss weight and get down to 110 lbs. Hopefully soon and i want to get more toned arms and abs to show threw. Maybe I will take bodybuilding serious and go into a contest, but I do not see that happening anytime soon.Also hope to improve with my PT scores in ROTC,and a few powerlifting events.
Well alot of my workouts are done in group class except for when I powerlift for my high school. The group classes are not your averge classes. Since I m not lookign to get bluky these classes tend to deal more with mediem size weights 5,10,15,20 lbs. weights but you...
Hi I read that you are supplementing? At 15, I believe you can accomplish you goal simply with a 1600-1750 Calorie diet. Low fat food. No junk food or sodas. And if considering cardio; consider sprinting. Sprinting builds muscle and burns more than twice the fat as long distance running. Try it for 5-6 weeks, and see if you like the results.
