How I Started:
Tired of getting old and being out of shape. Of course I'm still getting old...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's helped me lose 40 pounds of fat, shrink my waist from a 40 to a 36, and I've increased my strengh steadily. I thought I'd lose 15-20 pounds and be happy, but now I'm just addicted to fitness and eating right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror and think "_____ needs improvement, _____ needs improvement, _____ needs improvement..."
BB Accomplishments:
Not dropping some heavy ass barballs across my easily broken neck.

How are your workouts going my friend? I read in the forum where at present you are doing them on an empty stomach and I commend you, not many people would be able to keep that up. You should be proud of your weight loss and I look forward to hearing about your continued progress. Keep on keepin' on!
