I competed in my first ever bodybuilding contest on Nov 18th 2007!!! What an amazing feeling!
Got my bodyfat down to the 6's, it was 25% November 2006!
Train calves twice a week (as part of your leg workout or separately,
whichever works better for you).
Do 2 exercises for calves each workout, first do standing calve raises
(or any other calve raises where your leg is not bent), 2nd do seated
calve raises...

ugh i was just real sick. i thought i had swine flu for a minute!! haha... then the news came on and said there is vomitting and the other end with that and i just had a real bad chest cold with a SUPER high fever and aches. i'm down to mostly a runny nose and a little chest trouble now. i'm ganna cut back on nursing little guy and take some meds though. yay for muscles for you though!!!! how are you!
