Train calves twice a week (as part of your leg workout or separately,
whichever works better for you).
Do 2 exercises for calves each workout, first do standing calve raises
(or any other calve raises where your leg is not bent), 2nd do seated
calve raises...
Sorry you're so stressed D... sounds like you need to take a day off work and go to the beach or something! lol I think I may still have your email in my sent folder. If not I'll just pm you on here.
I'm pretty excited to compete again :D Only 6 weeks to go! :-O The diet's been pretty easy so far. I haven't really been hungry and I'm dropping down at a nice rate. But I'm also pretty creative in the kitchen, so that helps to keep me from getting bored with my food ;)
Hey I'm good! Sorry I havn't been on here for a while! So I've been super slacking this past month and I feel SO bad about it! But I hit it hard this am and I hope that I will stay on track! Its been hard with so much goin on this summer! What about you? How have you been?
Yes, I do.... thanks to you! I probably never would have tried that much weight! Glad to hear your workouts are going well... I know it was driving you crazy! I'm going to Vegas on 8-8-08 haha could that be my lucky number??? Got some shopping to do for the trip! Have a great day D!
Very impressive D! Way to go!! Remind me not to mention my baby weights to you lol Glad the shoulder is doing better! Go slow and be careful with it so you don't have to start all over! Have a great weekend!!
Hey Big D! How've ya been? I cleaned out my old emails so now I can't find yours. Send it to me again ok? So, I was working calves the other day..your way... I did the set where you lift once and hold for 20 sec. @ 170 lbs... then did the next one for 10 reps only to realize when I finished I forgot to take some weight off ... lol Guess I can do more than I thought!
