Train calves twice a week (as part of your leg workout or separately,
whichever works better for you).
Do 2 exercises for calves each workout, first do standing calve raises
(or any other calve raises where your leg is not bent), 2nd do seated
calve raises...

Today was an off day for me so I just ran. I have legs tomorrow though...... I like alittle pain from it! Feels like I'm making progress!!

You're a nut LOL Like tony the tiger?! hah! I do my workouts in the AM 5 to be exact so yes :) Had a sweet leg day and 30 min bike sess. plus walked for an hour in the eve so feeling pretty good! Time to go night night!
