So last Feb I was sitting around doing not much an decided to go back to the gym an have been going 6 days a week since. hey there, thanks for stopping by...yes I did 2 rounds of P90X and loved it. It's a very well-rounded program and every once in a while I pull some workouts from it. Go for it!!
Thanks bud! Yes-everyone has been asking for new pics but I was holding out for the photo shoot last week-thanks for noticing the hard work! Hope all is well in your world :):)
Mike, if you need a test booster you cannot go wrong with Gaspari products. My $0.02 for your training is a good multivitamin with fatty acids, protein powder, energy boost and BCAA drink during your workout. -Jeff
Thanks! Generally, an initial consultation to assess where you are at, and where you want to go. That part is free. After that, we individualize your program to meet those needs. It's not all that complicated! Feel free to contact me through the site if you want to sit down and discuss your goals!
Hugs
