Overall Goal: Ever since my clavical bone has shifted 12mm, I lost motivation to stay in the gym. The doctor told me my weight lifting days are over so I gained some weight around the mid-section. Im currently back in the gym to shed this unsightly poundage and so

I've always been an active person, but while I was in Iraq, I had a friend of mine that I met up with that was a gym rat. So I tagged along with him and soon enough I was buying supplements and going everyday. It feels great to work out.
Why I Love It:
I love that next day when all my muscles ache. I stretch out and break up all that soreness. It feels great to get back into the gym and bust a sweat while listening to great music.
How I Stay Motivated:
I bring Metallica with me on my MP3 player and drink an energy drink before I go in.
BB Accomplishments:
My arms. Ive never had bigger arms than this. Its awesome. Ive had to go to a larger t-shirt because its uncomfortable when my muscles are squeezed by my t-shirt sleeve. :)

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I do cardio in the mornings, usually I run either sprints for an hour or run two miles. Anything to get that heart up. When I go to the gym in the evening time, or late afternoon, I alternate between biceps, triceps and abs day and then a shoulder, back and...
