I started by just lifting weights and it didnt really do much so i tried sumthing different, so i'v started bodybuilding and now i'v seen an amazing difference in 7 months.
Why I Love It:
the feeling of lifting weights is amazing, getting the pump makes u want to carry on.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated because i can see a difference so i no it's working and that makes me not want to stop.

I cant tell if you'll do well, but judging by your pics i certainly advise competing when your ready. get on the bnbf website and learn. jon harris also has a busy forum on his site. His dvd is excellent for learning whats required pre contest.

hi bro, get yourself onstage with the BNBF, you'd do very well. Visit there website and look at the standard of teen competitors. They do a northern show in manchester around august time. finals are in october in glasgow secc. dont waste your talent, get onstage!

sweet as, thanks bro its good to have some values to look at. im guessing your triceps are probably making the difference because im able to curl 44ish just once and my arm is 13.6" tensed. i can bench 81kg once.

hey man, when you measure your bicep do you tense or not? and how much can you barbell curl and bench. cos im 14" tensed but 12.2" cold and i can curl 45kg once and bench 80kg once, cheers
