When I Started: May, 2007
How I Started: I started by just lifting weights and it didnt really do much so i tried sumthing different, so i'v started bodybuilding and now i'v seen an amazing difference in 7 months.
Why I Love It: the feeling of lifting weights is amazing, getting the pump makes u want to carry on.
How I Stay Motivated: i stay motivated because i can see a difference so i no it's working and that makes me not want to stop.

hey james , sorry for the delay those different bicep pictures? I'm a big admirer for bodybuilding and to show that biceps have mostley different size , shape , definition . the smallest is my arm haha I'm a shame about that but its oke and honest . no fake picture

Well bro, Im a bit older then you. So my training has been off an on for years. But this time has been the most serious in my life. Especially because of HBP, I need to keep active. 260 is very large. I have see some not too much heavier than you that are awesome. Sometimes being heavy may not be healthy. But it your decision. Overall you look smoking great for you age and the months you been training. You are really doing a fantastic job. I am very impressed with you. So keep doing it.

Thank you Bro. I am really looking forward to watch you grow. Its going to be awesome. How big do you want? Large/heavy bulk or light/large and ripped? Either is good depending on your goal. I didnt realize you were 170 lbs. More than me, wow at 14. You are great now and will be a beast. Great job again bro.

lord knows i try to eat right, but i could do better but i always make sure to put enough protien in my diet and not to much unhealthy fats, but I do cave in sometimes when i see icecream or donuts n stuff like that...lol
