Why I Love It:
I finally started German Volume Training. It has given my workouts an intensity level that I love. I feel progress every day almost.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how fortunate I am to have come through Rheumatiod Arthritis, where I could barely open a door handle without pain, to the place I am now! I am so lucky!
BB Accomplishments:
I can see veins in my shoulders and at least one arm now LOL

Me at 235 lbs 2 years progress
At my very heaviest. This was days before I had begune my whole transformation (almost 240 lbs)  Not great pics, but I am happy that the left arm is a lot mor full looking and getting close to symettrical with the right. Looks like the last pic, I have a little more on the shoulders and back, maybe. I am lifting more anyway

I am going after the retro style Bodybuilder look. Smooth balanced musculature. Not too cut.
Goal (Long):
In order to get the musculature of a body builder, I need to; Keep balance in my body but Build chest, arms and back. I specifically want to add a lot more mass to my pecs and back. I want to get my small (relaxed) 13 3/8 left arm much bigger and closely match the bigger thincker size of my right arm.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-10, seems to work for me. If I add weight it can drop to 5 or even 4 until I get stronger

1 - 2 minutes. Most workouts I superset with another body part, so I don't stop moving
