Man, you are looking great as of the 6/29 progress pic. How much do you weigh now? ...latest measurements? You are getting such great pec and lat development. Your delts and guns are definitely coming along.

Great progress - you're noticably larger each month and still appear to have low bodyfat. Keep up the great work!

Yes, legs are a toughie! I can only imagine at 6' 7"...that's a real challenge! It took me a while to finally get them to respond.....ended up doing a lot of high rep leg extensions to bring them out and leg presses, and squats to polish them off. Oddly enough, it was the high rep leg extensions that did it for me. Good luck and keep us posted!
