ladylaw 3 days of weight training, 10 reps/3 sets and three exercises per body part, squats, lunges and step ups are perfect exercises for glutes/legs. 20 mins of cardio 3x a week. Finally, 5 to 6 small meals a day eating clean. Supplements, a whey protein drink in the morning, 1 after a work out and a Casein protein drink before bed. 1000 mg of vitamin C, a multi vitamine and glutamine for muscle recovery. Drewcost22 First i'm not huge on supplements i'm not saying they dont work i'm just not huge on it. For you I would lift weights first maybe 25 min but go hard. Then cardio for like 40 min. With cardio you want to be aiming for 500 calories burned or over. For you booty lol deep squats can help that stay firm and the way you want it:) Oct 21, 2011 2:40pm

greatness23 ok so if u want the booty ,abs and cardio to slim the waist along with clean eating ,and squats and lunges are a must to round the booty ,get plenty of protein and minimal starchy carbs limit most carbs to veggies and u should see results in no time :) Oct 21, 2011 1:25pm
