I want to get shredded and lose the last bit of fat that I can.
Goal (Long):
I want to get to about 5 percent bodyfat and get a little bit biger but not much and my goal weight will be 188 but really fit and ripped from head to toe.
Just had a few great cardio sessions today this morning ran for a steady pace for 60 minutes upon waking. After the weights this afternoon I did intervals for 20- 25 minutes great to vut up and only 20 minutes long. I startd to cut my calories by 300-500 a day and not have more than 15 grams...
thats crazy how much cardio you do man i'm just trying to get bigger and stronger over the winter then i'll try to lean out in the spring. speaking of seasons how is the weather over there? here theres already snow and its minus 5 haha

things are cool my way, just doing my thing for the most part i guess... at the end of my outdoor volleyball season, & starting indoor, so i'll be in the gym a lot more now which excites me!!!
