Just had a few great cardio sessions today this morning ran for a steady pace for 60 minutes upon waking. After the weights this afternoon I did intervals for 20- 25 minutes great to vut up and only 20 minutes long. I startd to cut my calories by 300-500 a day and not have more than 15 grams...

thats crazy how much cardio you do man i'm just trying to get bigger and stronger over the winter then i'll try to lean out in the spring. speaking of seasons how is the weather over there? here theres already snow and its minus 5 haha

my workout is monday Triceps (4x12) besides dips 4x25 chest(4x15) cadio 30 min tue abs 500-600 reps legs(4x10-12) cadio cadio 1 hr wed delts(4x12) back(4x12) cadio 30 mins thur abs 500-600 reps legs(4x10-15) cadio cadio 1 hr Fri Biceps(4x12) besides push up 4x25 and chin/pull up 4x6 lats(4x12) Traps(4x12) cad io 30 mins Sat abs(4x25) cadio cadio 30 mins Sun cadio 1hr 30mins *(4x12) Per workout!
