I want to get shredded and lose the last bit of fat that I can.*DO WORK CREW*
Goal (Long):
I want to get to about 5 percent bodyfat and get a little bit biger but not much and my goal weight will be 188 but really fit and ripped from head to toe.
Just had a few great cardio sessions today this morning ran for a steady pace for 60 minutes upon waking. After the weights this afternoon I did intervals for 20- 25 minutes great to vut up and only 20 minutes long. I startd to cut my calories by 300-500 a day and not have more than 15 grams...
Def feel you on that..Trying to put in that work. Ready to head home to NC next week but everything has been good on my end. Uhoo didnt know you played ball might have to roll down your way and get some games in ..lol
