How I Started:
I played hockey growing up and through college. I also competed in power lifting years ago.I took nearly 8 years off and gained a lot of weight. In Feb.07 I weighed 206lbs and couldn't tie my own shoes without breaking a sweat! I decided then it was time to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling young and full of energy! I love to feel the burn! When I finish a workout I'm already looking forward to my next one!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay in top physical shape and see want kind of gains my 41 year old body can still make.I really enjoy pushing myself to improve my lifts! The positive feedback from others here is a real driving force for me too!

Awesome, thanks for the routine. I'm thinking of starting back day with wide pull-ups now just to get the most out of them. It seems like a waste to barely crank out 5 after fatiguing with rows and such. Are pull-ups what you normally start with?
