Week 1

A) squat (4x6), bench (4x6), pullups (3xF), dips (3xF)
B) front squat (4x8), overhead press (4x6), deadlift (2x5), upright row (3x8)
C) squat (4x6), bench (4x6), chins (3xF), dips (3xF)
Week 2
======
D) squat (4x6), overhead press (4x6), pullups (3xF), stiff-leg deadlift (3x8)
E) front squat (4x8), bench (4x6), power clean (3x5), dips (3xF)
F) squat (4x6), overhead press (4x6), chins (3xF), stiff-leg deadlift (3x8)
I also do abdominal work at the end of every workout. I try to switch this up periodically to keep my gut guessing. Some examples would be reverse crunches, Swiss ball V-ups, and planks.
And HIIT cardio a couple times each week on a rowing machine or treadmill.

That's my new goal. Well, not exactly new I suppose. It's been in the back of my mind ever since I did twenty pullups in college about 16 years ago. Since then I've made it to 13 a couple of times. Now I'm following a specific six-week program from TwentyPullups.com. Yesterday I completed Week 1 Day 1 in the middle track. You'll see what I mean if you look at the program. After a frustrating battle with exercise-induced nausea that has kept me away from the gym for several months, I have decided to become my own gym. Yesterday I started following Mark Lauren's ten-week intermediate level bodyweight program. It was 6 F outside with plenty of snow on the ground, but I didn't particularly notice or care.
