Im doing good, stuck on the same weight, need to make some changes to my diet and my routine.. Lust week did legs with my friend (he is a trainer), its about a week now when I'm still soar...I need to drop 10 more pounds and I will be in best shape of my life;))) do you take any supplements?

Do you have an equipment at home? I know resistance tubes/bands work pretty good. What about the diet, I though you said he sent you one? I could be mistaken lol

Nice, you certainly have picked up all the right tips. I'm using an online trainer and she says the exact same thing. By summer you will be rockin the beach girl.
