I used to be very thin and scrawny...always hated that...I wanted, no, NEEDED to CHANGE that...so I started with Body-for-LIFE...now-a-days I do CROSSFIT !
Why I Love It:
As I build a better body my self-confidence and self-esteem improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
The movie "300" motivated me to want to become as physically fit as those actors. In order to become more like them, I have to train like they did to make that movie...so I joined CROSSFIT !

BB Accomplishments:
Biceps...When I first started they were 14" flexed.
Currently they are 16" flexed.
GOAL is 17" flexed.

I use to do CrossFit Training. It got to be too expensive here. Best workout I ever had. I still use a lot of the exercises daily
