I had a good weekend, worked out one day, took a day off. This week is a setback because I caught a nasty summer cold, but I am trying to limit it to a couple of days off.
How are your workouts going?
My training is going as well as I expected it would seeing as we are now “On the road” full time. Finding a gym at every place we choose to stop and stay over is not always possible, but I am trying as hard as I can to get at least 3 workouts a week in, along with eating my regular 5 to 6 small meals per day. How about you, how are your workouts coming along?

I have been amazed by what fitness has done to improve almost all aspects of my life.
