dj_arce91 Ano yung prob ko? Hehe... Diet ko... 3 meals per day but everynight and postworkout umiinom ako ng whey. Nagttake din ako ng multivitamins daily and amino acids 3X a week. Hindi ako kumakain ng isda except for century tuna. Hahaha! May 28, 2012 9:38am

pipthefirst oh I didn't know yung term na macros lang. lol pero mahirap pa gawin yan kasi di ako bumibili ng food pa eh. Puro red meat pa binibili nila dito. Puro mga pagkain pa naman na masarap pag maraming kanin haha! Like Adobo. Nakaka2 ata kami sa isang week na adobo eh. jcgabriel just watch your food intake too mate. as they say abs are not made the gym its made in the kitchen. the abs are the most stuborn muscle to sculpt thus all you need is patience. it will take time to really get those ripped abs. just be consistent at what you do. dont forget to work on the obliques too. that will make it look great.
