How I Started:
i got started when i played football in high school. continued through the military then i slacked of hard and now i want to get back into my form again.
Why I Love It:
the feeling after when you can barely move and are exhausted from the pump. there is no feeling like that.
How I Stay Motivated:
i set a goal that can be obtained. i always remember my navy seal buds always telling me if i'm breathing i can get it done. thanks guys. my thoughts are always with you.
hey i need a back workout and leg workout that just tear it up. i need size in these areas. i want workouts that just blow these up. if anyone has a tried and true program my ears are open. thanks to everyone on this site. you all are are full of knowledge.
monday- legs and back
squats- 5 sets of 15 reps only 95lbs(1st day back)
leg extensions- 4sets of 15 reps 35lbs
leg curls- 4 sets of 15 35lbs
lungs- 3 sets to failure
back- seated lat pull downs, seated cable rows, dumbell rows, not the greatest but working on a good one.
Hey Bill, I saw your post. Have you ever thought about setting up a meal plan? That may help with the snacking.. I find that if I have all my meals planned for the day, then I wont just grab whatever. What ever works best for you though! Good luck with your goals.
Hey bro' thanks for the comment I appreciate it. I don't do anything anyone else hasn't done or is doing the traditional pull-ups, bent-over rows, dumbbell rows, low cable rows and cable pull-downs, the rest is genetic, my back was noticably different at the age of 14yrs. old. lol back then we called them wings. lol Later Daryl Jones www.superheavyweight.com
