lol thanks for the kind words.. FYI I'm going to start HIIT training this week, jump rope for now and sprinting in September when the track at my gym re-opens.. thanks for the tip off on that one! I looked up Tabata intervals and all that jazz, and it looks like it's right up my cardio-hating alley! How's your training going?

I totally have the same story -- got fat after highschool! I've since kicked my ass into pre-college shape though... now I want to look better (e.g. toned) than in highschool.. anyway, just wanted to say it's totally doable and to keep at it!

hey thanks for the comment -- yeah I've been doing squats below parallel to failure... @&$#!! lol. I've only been seriously training for a couple weeks tops (always casually weight lifted, but now I'm keeping track and lifting heavy), and I can already feel a difference in firmness :P

Wow, you look amazing! What a transformation.. just wanted to comment b/c we have super similar stories but you're definitely further along than me.. I ballooned when I went to college but 3 yrs later (after gaining like 30 lbs) I've lost around 40 lbs with 20 more to go!
