How I Started:
I signed up for novice rowing when I got to university and started training with some serious rowers -- 6 mornings a week, twice a day during the summer and off season. My coaches taught me everything I needed to know about weight training, and ever since then I've been training on and off. I'm back 'on' and have decided to hire a trainer to help me reach my goal(s).
Why I Love It:
I love results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Stare enviously at pics of hot women (e.g., Jamie Eason!!)
BB Accomplishments:
I have upper body strength now! My legs were always strong from horseback riding, but I had weak arms/shoulders/back for a long time, throughout highschool.. this past year I've emphasized my upper body though and it finally shows.

was probably about 170 here -- the fittest I'd ever been (from rowing), and also the fattest! go figure
A month into training with my PT... starting to notice some new definition!
I want definition! I need to lose 10 - 20 lbs and continue building muscle
Goal (Long):
I want to be a hard body, and I think I already have a considerable amount of muscle that would have me looking pretty stellar if only I'd lose 10 - 20 lbs. I want a flat stomach, well-defined arms and legs, and for my ass to sit just a little bit higher.
Hah to that last post of mine.. yeah I've done same HIIT on the treadmill, but only when time allows, which is not very often.. oops. The week I did it 2 or 3 times I noticed that my weight stayed under 140lbs though, so I know what I have to do. [Sigh]
Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be and you will reap the rewards. You are making good progress and I wish you much continued success.

you look very good try HITaerobics no more than 20 min make your anareobic work breif ,two body parts=40 min.hit has shown to preserve muscle,scotch fat i burned 5%fat 1.5lb muscle keep me posted
