timmy46975 I do like the selections available on this particular menu though. He isn't shying away from foods that are actually enjoyable. Gethin's program was about as boring as it could possibly get as far as nutrition is concerned. Oh and the workouts look freakin' intense on this one. So pumped for that. Apr 7, 2013 4:14pm

Not trying to think about how I've let myself down though, and more about how the future can shape up. Sounds like you've been a busy man, and soon to be even busier with this program. I really believe I can reach that goal this year if I keep working hard at it. I'm still having a hard time imagining myself that weight but I haven't been in so long, so it's hard to even imagine. LegitPhenom i just kinda slowly ease into bulking. like each week ill increase my calories, carbs, and fats bit by bit until im meeting all my macros i need to meet for that day to gain a 1/2-1lb a week. some will be muscle, some will be fat but thats why you cut Jun 27, 2012 9:11pm

timmy46975 Flex is certainly a beast but I'm sure his being a pro has everything to do with that. He eats and sleeps this life. You do what you gotta do man, no use in getting started in a program you won't be able to finish. Don't forget to stay in touch after basic is over! Give it a look if you haven't already, I like the philosophy and methodology behind it. 3 different rep/weight ranges to keep the body wondering. timmy46975 It was a great lift on my end too. Did some incline flyes as a bonus and hit a personal best so that was great. The high rep sets of the D.T.P. are stupid how little weight you are pushing, I don't really enjoy it until the 20 and 10 sets when you actually get to push some weight around. That's awesome that you have a friend starting the program, hopefully she can stick with it and find as great of results as we have. Encourage her and keep her motivated! Jun 27, 2012 11:44am

timmy46975 That's pretty brutal to do to yourself but it gives you incentive to finish up good and strong. I like the idea. I'm possibly picking up some new pieces of gym equipment for whatever my next assault on my body will be. I still don't know what that is yet, but I know I'm still planning on taking a break from supplementation for a week or two. Congrats on your weight loss for the week brother, good stuff!
