i always had a strong back muscle...at this stage i was t-barowing one plate 45lbs i think 10-12...NOW im on 3 plates 8-10 reps, and 150 lbs for the BB bent over rows...(the date is not exact since this is pic is prety damn old)

i also always had big traps...i dont think i ever tried lifting heavy for traps...but now i cn do 100 lbs to 110lbs of 8-10 Up right rows. (the date is not exact since this is prety damn old)

(prob aroun 165 20%bodyfat) here i didn't actually know the concept of bulkin n leaning but luckily had been started a cuttin cycle with Rapidcuts and was doin a lot of cardio.

this is after i got bak from Pakistan and was loaded with naan puri fats and kababs, charghas...LMAO...i intensified fat intake when i ws bak home...even tho i wrkedout and did a bit cardio i still cudn't control on the foods
