CARDIO-CARDIO-CARDIO is on my mind for the next 4 months...wrkout then cardio or rest day/cardio basically 7 days a week cardio fr 4 month

hittin the gym 6 days a week-3days wieght training followed by 2 minute HIIT then of days im doin intense cardio

INTENSE cardio day- 5Phases : ab ciruit#, treadmill with H.I.I.T, ab ciruit#2, elliptical trainer with H.I.I.T., all body yoga
