Fit Status:
have done at least 5 Jalna blvd runs(about 6k each run)and back on heavy rep sets
i also always had big traps...i dont think i ever tried lifting heavy for traps...but now i cn do 100 lbs to 110lbs of 8-10 Up right rows. (the date is not exact since this is prety damn old)
