Overall Goal:  Overall i want to be at and around 150lbs with great/good definition (6 pack visible) and have great strength and endurance for boxing/intense cardio anyDAY anyWHERE --- but for a short term goal i wanna hit 160 by summer so far so basically lose at

my dad got a me a membership so i started with doing the treadmill to lose fat and then after wards i got into working out.

i also always had big traps...i dont think i ever tried lifting heavy for traps...but now i cn do 100 lbs to 110lbs of 8-10 Up right rows. (the date is not exact since this is prety damn old)
STILL GOING AT IT HARD!!!!!
