I was sick of being skinny and wanted to add bulk up.
Why I Love It:
It's my sanctuary; allows me to escape the stress of school. Except sometimes the stress comes back when I have to handle with gym newbs.

5Sixchanged Weight from 151 lbs. to 156 lbs., a 5 lb. gain in 57 days
Hit 165 - 170, and have single percent body fat. As well as 16" arms, and have a fuller chest.
Strength wise: 405 lbs 5RM on deads, 315 5RM on squats and 225 lbs 5 RM on flat BP
As well as to improve my athletic prowess
....and too look great naked
