NextProtege I won first place at the Wash State Ironman middle weights, and lost the Overall. I tied for fourth a week later adding seven lbs for the weigh-in NPC Seven Feathers Open Light Heavywt. wala Good stuff my friend!! I'm still doing the same old, kept up training religiously and currently just over 200lb. Looking better than a year or so ago even tho I'm the same weight. Started deadlifting again, 4th session back doing them and I pulled 4 plates aside for 8 reps so not bad. Also squatting and doing legs again, did 315 for 8 the other day, good parallel reps - train them so hard I'm sick at least twice every leg session!! Haha love it :D Jan 24, 2011 6:20pm
