How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do about 4-5 sets and 8-12 reps depending on how burned out I am feeling. I am not a fan of 3 sets of 10. I feel like that's old school. I like a good warm-up set and then 3 good heavy sets....more

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
We have a group of 8 figure girls who train together to compete together. It's both motivating and depressing sometimes!
