How I Started:
I started in may 2004 with a trainer in a gym. I thought his adive were not the best so i started making a routine of my one in december 2004.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause I want to grow!
How I Stay Motivated:
I put a sheet on my bedroomdoor which says "You are on the way to get big!" and every morning when I get up I read this text and it motivates me.
