Goal (Long):
By Day:
Incorporate walking during day, drink more water, prepare and eat food that has a purpose, be 100% physically and mentally ready for that days workout. Journal to remember thoughts of the day.
By week:
Loose 2 pounds. Test and incorporate new techniques to keep workouts fresh and challenging. Journal and re-read weeks entries for consistency and improve learning curve
By Month:
Learn from testing techniques and narrow down what I respond best to. Stay on track. Monitor progress through photos, and measurements.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
The bike. Its hard for me and really works my legs. Its the one cardio equipment that challenges me. I also like the stair climber, and outdoor hiking!
LOL! The excess calories were a result of my cheat meal...there's NO WAY I'd be able to cut weight with that many calories! Starting next week, I'm going to cutt my calroies to about an average of 2300, and take 200 off that each week until I get to about 1700 calories, then maintain that until my last 3 weeks of 12!
lol ... well, now you know what to ask for for your birthday ... a NEW BIKE!! lol Until then, we'll just enjoy pics of you climbing it on foot, and snapping pics that look like you're in HI, lol
Aaaahhh, got it. I was totally gettin the diamond head vibe at first glance!! regardless, it's a great shot ... of course it was only during my second viewing of the pic that i noticed there was natural scenery behind the subject (namely, you) lol
