I started working out last year in july sometime.
Everything was going well and i started to like what i saw.
I then stopped and hadnt trained at all until about February of this year.
In that period of time i put on 15kgs.
This is what sparked me to want to train a whole lot more. I also have 3 kids and dont want them to see and overweight Father, i want them to have someone they can look up to.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because i see results week after week and cant wait for the end results.
How I Stay Motivated:
A couple of guys at work are focused on there training. One is an amateur boxer and the other has been bodybuilder for approx. 15 years or so.
So they keep me motivated.
Aswell as my kids.
I want to be proud of my body and be able to take my shirt off at the beach. Aswell as be at a high fitness level.
Goal (Long):
I want to be at around 70-80kgs and have a ripped body not be a skinny little twig at that weight.
In this i am hoping i will become stronger and fitter than i have ever been.
I want to be in control of my diet and not run back to the bad stuff, in this it should encourage my family to eat healthly as well.
I want to build on my self esteem and by having a body i am proud of can only be good.
