yea they hit the quads, you may have to put a board under the top of your foot to get the effect or stand on a box for more range of motion.

I liked them a lot because it was a controlled movement that I could put some real weight on. Right now I'm doing high rep/moderate weight leg press, squats, various plyometrics, lunge walk, cable calf raise, and jump squats with the cable cross. Then I use high rep leg extension to finish off my legs. Last winter, I got up to squating 320 30 times.

I haven't done it since last winter. I cycle my leg exercises and I will probably start it back up again this month.

Thanks man!!! I think were doing the Mr Natural Phialdelphia or the Bill Grant Classic. The Mr. Natural is a pro-qualifier!
