It adds extra motivation and also friends and family sometimes help the person to stay on the right track and they are the 1st to feel the diffrence in ur appearence or on ur health etc.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
always..never look at the mirror and say now i am lookin "perfect"..
always remember there is some1 better or at higher level than u unless u r mr.olympia or smthin lol..this will always make u motivated to reach the nxt level.always..never look at the mirror and say now i am lookin "perfect"..
