How I Started:
I have "genetically" big type of body,so i thought why dont i take it to next level and improve the way i look and live healthier,and also my Best friend M.Hayman is a GYM-aholic so he was one of the main factors made me get started.
Why I Love It:
i love it coz it will affect diffrent aspects of my life ,like..make me look better,feel better and live healthier..and also am doin smthing that many people think its hard..and in this game there is always a next level and i like challenges.
How I Stay Motivated:
chking other's achievements and my own achievements always keeps me motivated,always remember there is a next level i need to reach..keeps me motivated.

As being a big guy..i wanna jus use evry1 inch of my body and transform it in to a building unit of a beast..and this goal was always there but due to my study n all cudnt yet achieve it..but on {28/5/09}this summer..the journy starts..and pix will show how a human can turn to a beast.

It adds extra motivation and also friends and family sometimes help the person to stay on the right track and they are the 1st to feel the diffrence in ur appearence or on ur health etc.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
always..never look at the mirror and say now i am lookin "perfect"..

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Over here am not talkin bout my fav. apple juice that i may drink on a hot summer day but am talkin bout the "Juice"..Anabolic steroids(AS)..which is taken by pro. bodybuilders or even amature ones or athletics that want to enhance their performance,mainly it turns them in...
I have diff. workouts. I make all my workouts on my own. My diet is actually kinda layed back. right now i have a high protein low carb diet and i eat about 7 times a day

the NATURAL...how goes it... i am in a deep cutting stage right now...and not feeling too great... but you never feel great on a hard cut anyway...but if this was easy...everyone would be massive and ripped..
Yes sir. The wife and I have been hitting the cardio pretty hard and consistant! really working on the diet/intake now have to make sure I'm feeding my body what it needs rather than putting whatever I want into...it's a challenge but well worth it! How are you doing big man?

thats great! keep it up! its all bout the cardio cardio cardio! itll get you ripped and thats been my main focus for the past month and probably next month too im trying to drop poundage and get leaner
