I started working out in high school because I was really skinny and I wanted to get big. Although I really didn't know what I was doing until last year.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out. It makes me feel incredible!!! If I'm feeling stressed or frustrated I'll put my headphones on & go to the gym, & I'll walk out feeling completely refreshed. It keeps me strong, healthy, and positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling healthy, looking at my progress in the mirror, and constantly growing and becoming stronger.

hey dylan , great job on the physique whats your routiune for chest and abs like? I am starting a cutting diet I want to get downb to 10% then 8% any tips?
Looking very muscled and ripped for that tall frame. Solid traps, chest, arms and abs. And with those long term goals that will be some physique. Continued success with all your goals. Andre
