I got started with the summer training for Central catholic's 9th grade football team.
We went undefeated section champs. I lost 20 pounds, and I liked how I looked.
Why I Love It:
I like to draw attention just sitting around, and when you're ripped, you draw a lot of attention. I want to basically be a new Will Duggan. ( Mr. California) I'm planning on studying engineering in college, and I want to stay jacked ripped for life. That way when I'm older, I'm rich, and I look good.
But more on the now side of things, I use body building to keep myself in a calm state. Bodybuilding is a sort a therapy to make myself too tired to get into trouble.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated because when I was younger I was fat. My family would tell you I was "portly" but I was fat. I HATED it. Then one day I got tired of it, and It was like something in me snapped. Being fat sucked, I felt like crap, I didn't even like myself. Now that I've survived some insane workouts, and seen a bit of results, I'm never going back. I want to be like Will Duggan. Larger than average, functional, wealthy, but not Jay Cutler huge. I don't want to look like ANY IFBB Pro for that matter. In essence my motivation comes from anger at my current physical state.
Also a hardcore death metal soundtrack for lifting helps a lot.
BB Accomplishments:
540 pound calf press, when I weighed 180 pounds.(2006)
20 reps of 430 pounds on 45 degree Leg press.( July 7 2007)
630 pound leg press( July 20 2007)

A very wise man once said, "Get ripped, get laid."
And yet another said," Every work out is one step closer to your goal"
My MAIN goal in bodybuilding, is to be like Will Duggan, an engineer, AND a big ripped guy. That way as I get older, I'll be rich, educated, and ripped. I also bodybuilding, as a possible form of revenue, the possibility to market products using my image. Aside from that I don't want to be like a competition bodybuilder, I think those people look a bit TOO muscle bound. ( Majority of women don't like it)
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's nice an hot in the gym I train at. in the summer it's extremely hot, in the winter it's also pretty warm. The down side is the floor isn't entirely level.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I look for lots of weights. If the gym has 5000 pounds of free weights, it's not a problem for me to start leg pressing 600.
First off let me say It's CHRISTMAS 1AM And I still can't sleep. I absolutely LOVE Christmas. And I"ve been eating like a total slob, anything and everything sweet. I've developed a chocolate addiction. So I"m not even working out for NOW I"ll be back on after the holidays...
The 300 workout is the most extreme, thermogenic, muscle toning, fat burning, Workout I've ever done in my life. It is 1000 times harder then the previous workout I had adapted from the Scivation Triphase Hypertrophy Phase 2 workout. The work out is done in a few sets as possible, and since...

I've never heard of D carnitine before, but this is what I found:
In fact, the D-form is biologically inactive and because of its potential negative effects, the FDA has long maintained that D-Carnitine and D,L-Carnitine are not generally recognized as safe and are therefore illegal food additives.
GNC has some good products, but I almost promise you can find better quality and WAY better price here at Bodybuilding.com!
Well before I joined the military since I was little I trained myself in martial arts and got into a lot of lovely fights. After joining, I was a lot slower and weaker, and now I'm gonna pick back up, but this time start weight lifting to gain mass.
Hey Andre. I haven't used vaporize. So far, I have stuck with NO, creatine and whey protien. To cut fat, I do intense cardio. I try to keep my supps simply..and affordable :)
