I'm currently trying to bulk and put on muscle mass. But I'm not exactly sure how much I should be eating. I lift for at least an hour and a half a day and I am 130 pounds. If you have any advice, it would be greatly appresciated.
Whats going on? Just going through some people on my friends list telling them to checkout ********.com for some great supplements. I used the stuff with awesome results. Use my promo code to save BIG on your order. My code is MU0815. Get back at me with any ?'s
its my back, not my shoulder. and no, it started hurting on a friday and id done back on monday that week. idk how it happened?? and yea, keep building, ill help you shred down next year. you have a long way to come before you should start thinking about cutting. no point in cutting if you have nothing under the fat. youll be ok, just keep me updated!
i lost a couple pounds but nothing serious. im still full on my shred diet and im starting to lean out. backs still huting but im still able to workout 100% except im giving my entire back a break til all the pains gone. hows your eatting?? you better be eatting everything and anything all day long lol!!
ah man its been rough! sick all last week and somehow in my sleep i slightly torn the muscle on my shoulder blades. im not outta the gym but im extremely limited on all my workouts. right now im just keepin up on all my hockey!!! ive really into the washington-pittsburg series. do you watch hockey at all??
if your bulking, you wanna be taking in about 3500calories for your size. and if your stacking creatine correctly, you can probably get up to 170lbs in about a year-a year and a half. its not easy to put on muscle without a lot of discipline and dedication. it takes time and as long as your patient, you will get there eventually. keep it up and get me some progress pics lil bro.
if your working out by yourself n not conversating with anyone, than yea, 2+hrs is too long. your muscles, once you start working out, can only go so long in a "pumped" phase before they fatigue. u wont feel it but when they fatigue and you keep working out, you run the risk of damaging the muscle. it will tear down too much and not repair bigger n stronger. if your by yourself, keep the workouts to an hour-1 1/2hrs of just lifting. n i wouldnt suggest any cardio if your tryin to gain weigh...
dont worry about cutting til you put on some decent size. if your 140, get up to at least 170 before you start to even think about shredding. and YES!! get off the creatine! 2 months is more than enough. go off for 4-5weeks. and i wouldnt suggest any sups. just take a multi vit&min in the morning, about 1000mg of vitC, and pick up some bcaa's for when you go off the creatine. follow directions on the bottle. JUST KEEP SLAMMIN FOOD!!!!
if your on creatine, you want to be taking in at least one gallon of water per day for it to work properly. thats 64oz so if your taking in 80, you shouldbe fine. your already lean enough so i would say that you should just keep bulking right through summer. make sure your cycling on and off the creatine though so that your...
good stuff bro. creatine is an awesome supp, i love it and made huge gains from it. just make sure your drinking a gallon plus of water a day so that the creatine can work to its full potential. what are you thinking about doing for the summer?? are you planning to shred or keep putting on muscle?
