hey bro thanks for the explination of body types... based on what your saying i am probably in between endo and ecto. My grandfather was a big endo and my dad was and strong ecto. I am gonna check out that book I will let you know what the tests say.

hey bro . thanks for the add and the chiro suggestion . I agree my posture is way off and i just found out a great Christian chiro .i am gonna do it man. no worries I did not feel like your sales pitching me . Dude hit that gym your physique is just outside of awesome (its solid now for sure tho) put in the time bro go for it. What do you do for chest ? especially to fill in the pecs . I have this bony flat spot between mine that I would love to lose.

I also had a major shoulder injury and surgery a year ago. Good form and determination in the gym is key to recovery and eating clean is always important. Keep up the good work dude!
