What is the best age to start lifting weights?
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Only doing bench press, barbell curls, overhead extension, leg extensions. I did not read about any other exercises for the other body parts.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Read as much as possible about the whole body, exercises and nutrition. Especially other people's progress.

Just noticed youv dropped about 5 pounds! Thats not good man, us little guys need to bulk up! Whats your diet like ? Im finding it hard to get in enough calories and protein but have put on a few pounds in the last 2 months. Keep it up champ :)
