Background

When I Started: May 2005
HOW I STARTED:

i saw a pic of this fitness model on the cover of muscle and fitness magazine, and said to my self holy shit thats how i want to look like, then started doing situps at home until i joined a gym.

WHY I LOVE IT:

it gives me Confidants and keeps me busy. and most of all its a healthy lifestyle.
