How I Started:
my son motivated me to start lifting again. i used to do the power90 beachbody.com workouts religiously before going thru my divorce.
Why I Love It:
the pump afterwards is awesome and seeing myself grow. attaining my goals and setting new ones.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing muscles change and having energy.
BB Accomplishments:
so far i have seen in myself more motivation than ever before and have noticed my arms getting bigger. it is december 2007 and i have been working out for 1 year and a month! i will get a new pic up eventually.
