Haven't written in a while.
Current routine is 6 days:
Mon/Thurs: Chest/Arms
Tues/Fri: Back/Shoulders
Wed/Sat: Abs
Planning on starting a new 5 day a week routine on Monday. Any ideas guys? We really don't do legs. I was thinking something...

The weight set I use came with the house we rent, landlords payment for unreceived rent from a former tenant, ha. So it's a HUGE bonus for us! What you use?

Been getting them done but not first thing in the am. I like to do it at 4am before I go to work. Today I just got done with some cardio...only 16 hours late. Tomorrow will be the end of our 90 day program then back to the gym til some time in August when we will do Power 90> how is your training going?

Not too bad man. I took some progress pics as a gut check, but it's a marathon not a sprint and I won't get to 10% bodyfat in a month. All in all pretty good. Thanks for stopping by brotha!
