Thanks Aussie - I'm down to t-minus six weeks: The way my body works - I lose the lower ab fat area last. Def is coming in on the quads, back and delts.

One year is a big accomplishment, it gets easier as time passes.
I ended up having three surgeries for a polynidal cyst that wrapped around my spine. Ultimately ended up in the hospital for two weeks due to the reconstructive surgery four weeks before my first son was born. (life happens, we made the best of it and itwas all caused by an ingrown hair)
