How I Started:
Its the classic story, I was the skinnyy/average sized kid in high school. I knew I had the ambition and potential, but just had to grow into it. I finally did and I got the bug...There's been no looking back!
Why I Love It:
I absolutey love the whole sport. There's just so much science involved it constantly keeps me curious/interested. I also love the fact that whatever you put in you get back. The results are so rewarding when ppl notice. Its not team sport, you are the team and all you can do is rely on yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading Flex/MD...watchin all kinds of BBing DVD's I own prior to workouts or whenever...those really give me the itch to hit the weights
BB Accomplishments:
Ive accomplished so much as far as my own goals and limits go, but no where near where I want to be...its a progressive sport and I still have a long way to go.
Get my standard lifts up, pack on the mass over the winter season.
Goal (Long):
In all my goal is to end up around 235lbs and maintain 7-9% BF year round. Currently Im about 20lbs away from my goal and my BF is higher. In order to achieve my goal Ill prob have to go above my my desired weight (245)then diet down. I hope to reach my overall goal by the age of 30 and of course keep it. I will admit lately Ive been having second thoughts due to being "too big". As a single guy Ive gotten alot of comments from females that my goal is just too big and even at my size now I could come down. I dont want to be freakish, but the 235lbs has always been a desire. Im a little torn, but Ill see where I end up.
