I have a pretty decent arm workout plan on my page which may help you. I mainly suggest doing supersets and cutting rest time to a minute or less at 10 reps.

hey man, training is going pretty well, getting stronger out of nowhere which is cool. As far as supplements the only thing I take is whey protein. I also started taking a fat burner for the past two weeks but not sure if it is working thus far. Hope all is well.
