How I Started:
I had this fitness and healthy lifestyle thing going for some time, and then I just stopped. I've lost all the motivation and desire to get back in shape, but I'm back now and feeling that NEED to move my body.
Why I Love It:
I love it because my body loves me back for it. I also like to flex my juicy muscles in the mirror every opportunity I get. If you're laughing right now, it's cause you do it, too :D
How I Stay Motivated:
When you take your jeans out of the dryer, you prepare to battle getting them on. The other day, I pulled out a pair still warm and shrunken, and it fit just fine. I had to take them off and make sure they were mine. They were, indeed, and I cried a little on the inseam. Bliss!
BB Accomplishments:
Interpreting my "failures" as opportunities to learn a better way of doing things and finally not seeing results as numbers.

My progress is okay, the weight is the same but I can tell I'm much stronger which is a lot of what I'm shooting for... it's never too late to start over, you had a lot of will power before and I'm sure you can get it back
